The Prague Technology Centre invites you to an autumn series of interactive workshops entitled ‘How to Tackle Horizon Europe’, focusing on key aspects of the preparation, evaluation and implementation of projects under the Horizon Europe programme.
Participants can look forward to practical tips and best practice insights from industry experts, inspiring discussions and opportunities for active participation. As well as gaining new knowledge, they will also make valuable professional contacts and have opportunities to establish collaborations.
What to expect:
- Topics: cross-cutting themes of Horizon Europe, project proposal preparation, project coordination, evaluation and the role of the evaluator, contractual relationships, budgeting and cost reporting
- Trainers: experienced National Contact Points (NCPs) and experts from the field
- Format: interactive exercises, discussions, sharing of experiences and networking

- 8 October – Budgeting and cost reporting
- 13 October – Intellectual property and contractual relationships
- 19 October – How to prepare a research project (in English)
- 20 October – Budget preparation and management of lump-sum projects
- 10 November – Project coordination
- 9 December – Evaluation of project proposals
The workshops are primarily intended for project managers and anyone preparing to prepare or manage a project under Horizon Europe.
