The discussion will focus on India as a key economic and political actor and on India's neutral stance in the current Russia-Ukraine war. The lecture will present the country's past and current approach to international sanctions.

The speakers will be RASHMI RAMAN, Professor of International Law at Jindal Global Law School and Deputy Director of the School's Centre for International Legal Studies, and KAMYA VISHWANATH, Assistant Professor at the Centre for International Legal Studies.
