Workshop on the use of didactic games in Italian language teaching
The aim of this workshop is to promote the meaningfulness and justification of the use of didactic games in Italian language classes, to prove that didactic games have an indispensable role in the teaching of foreign languages.
What are teachers' main motives for implementing didactic games, when and why they implement them, what they expect from them and whether didactic games meet their expectations. How do they view the games included do students respond to them, do they like to play them, do they feel that they are getting something out of them or, on the contrary, do they see them as having a greater benefit for their own language learning.
