The Future of Work Values: Wellbeing, Diversity, and Meaning in the Age of AI and Transformation
The International Society for the Study of Work and Organisational Values (ISSWOV) invites researchers and practitioners to discuss how work values are evolving, being sustained, or transformed by AI, digitalisation, demographic shifts, and rising expectations regarding wellbeing and meaningful work.
The conference will take place at the UP Arts Centre and will feature lectures, workshops, and networking opportunities. Renowned experts, including Prof. Arnold B. Bakker and Prof. Malissa Clark, will also present.
