*The information below does not apply to projects supported under programs of the Ministry of the Interior and the Ministry of Agriculture, which use SISTA as a service for implementing their programs. Recipients of these projects will be informed separately about the specific steps to be taken.
The Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (TAČR) announces the upcoming next phase of the transition to the new shared information system of TAČR – SISTA, which involves the migration of project data from ISTA to SISTA. To prevent duplication during this process, TAČR announces that, as of June 15, 2026, it will limit the management of projects administered in the original ISTA system. From that date, ISTA will serve only for viewing, and all administrative tasks will be gradually transferred to SISTA.
What does this mean?
- Starting June 15, ISTA will be available for viewing only – project data will remain there, but it will no longer be updated after this date, and it will not be possible to submit a final report to ISTA, etc. (see below for more information).
- If you have an ongoing project, once the migration is complete in July, we will launch the change management service in SISTA, and subsequently we will also launch other services, such as final reports, reports on the use of results, etc. We will keep you informed about the launch via email.
- Clicking on a project header in SISTA will no longer redirect you to ISTA – you can now access ISTA via a different route. Instructions on how to do this will be provided in the next phase of communication.
What will be temporarily restricted?
- Change requests– from June 15 to July 2026, it will not be possible to submit change requests via ISTA or SISTA. Please do not create any new change requests that can be submitted and processed later. Please send necessary and urgent changes exclusively via the data box.
- If your project is scheduled to end in June or July, you may submit a request for its extension or for an extension of the deadline for achieving results, including all necessary attachments, via the data box. We will process these requests outside the information system.
- Final reports – final reports will now be submitted in SISTA, and we are currently working on finalizing this functionality. For this reason, the submission of final reports for projects ending from May 2026 has been postponed. We will inform you in a timely manner about the options for submitting the report and the exact submission deadline.
- Implementation reports (now called Reports on the Use of Results) – just as with final reports, the deadline for submitting implementation reports will be postponed. Starting this year, you will also submit these reports in SISTA using the integrated form.
