In it, you will find the latest news on research and funding, open calls for project proposals, opportunities to get involved in research and educational programmes, and reports on past events.

Calls
At the end of November, a partner exchange (24–25 November) and an information day (26 November) will take place regarding the upcoming calls under the Horizon Europe programme within the Health Cluster. [LINK]
The Experientia Foundation has launched the 15th edition of its competition for scholarships for overseas placements for young scientists aged 35 and under | Applications are open until 15 February 2027. [LINK]
Experientia has also announced the next round of its start-up grant competition | Successful applicants can receive funding of up to 6.6 million CZK. [LINK]
The mERCury network is organising a webinar (30 October) for those interested in and applying for the ERC Consolidator Grant | The event will take place online; registration is still open. [LINK]
The OP JAK Managing Authority has updated the deadline for the completion of physical implementation of projects under the MSCA FELLOWSHIPS CZ call | The original deadline of 31 December 2028 has been changed to 30 June 2029. [LINK]

The European Research Council is organising a webinar (23 October) on the topic of building ERC capacity in widening countries | The event will take place online, with no registration required. [LINK]
The IHI partnership has published preliminary topic proposals for the IHI Call 14 and 15 calls | The calls are scheduled to open in early 2027. [LINK]
The RADIANCE project has published a visual guide to submitting a proposal under the MSCA Doctoral Networks 2026 call | A PDF version of the guide is available on the project website. [LINK]
