This year's ball, which will mark the culmination of UP Academic Week, will be dominated by swing rhythms. The Olomouc big band NEW STREET BAND will take us on a trip back to the 1920s and 1930s with a special tribute to Frank Sinatra. The popular Slovak duo Malalata will take on a modern approach to swing with their project DJ SWING THING and DJ PAPA DJANGO. In addition, you can look forward to traditional dance performances, swing dance workshops, an acrobatic show, a generous raffle, and a wonderful banquet!
