We are launching a new communication format on the PS UP website and social media – the weekly round-up “PROJECT weekly&briefly”. In it, you’ll find the latest news on research and funding, open calls for project proposals, opportunities to get involved in research and educational programmes, and reports on past events.

Calls for proposals

The Czech General Agency for International Cooperation (GA ČR), in collaboration with the Israeli agency ISF, has launched a call for proposals for Israeli-Czech projects | The Czech part of the project can be submitted by 18 November. [LINK]

The fifth international call for proposals under the Water4All Call 2026 partnership has been launched | The call focuses on sustainable water management. More information is available on the TA ČR website. [LINK]

The Partnership for Biodiversity Call 2026 is now open | It will support transnational research and innovation in the field of biodiversity and new ecosystems. [LINK]

The Ministry of Health has launched a call for proposals under the National Programme to tackle HIV/AIDS for 2027 | Grant applications may be submitted until 30 September. [LINK]

The Ministry of Health has published a call for applications under the grant programme Support for Health and Healthcare for 2027 | The deadline for submitting applications is 30 September. [LINK]

The Czech section of the Fulbright Programme is organising three online seminars on Fulbright scholarships this autumn | Applications are now open! [LINK]

The pilot call for ERC Plus grants has closed | The European Commission received a total of 198 project applications. Successful applicants will share a total of 210 million euros. [LINK]

TC Prague has published the dates for its autumn workshops, which will guide participants through the key aspects of preparing, evaluating and implementing projects under the Horizon Europe programme | Capacity is limited and places are filling up quickly. [LINK]
