We are happy to share an article from Žurnál UP, in which author Milada Křížková Hronová describes how a team of students at FF UP created informational materials for visitors to the Baroque cathedral in Olomouc as part of their Project Management course.
We are proud that our director, Gabriela Pokorná, also contributed to the implementation of this project, as it was under her leadership that the whole idea was conceived.
"The idea to create informational materials for tourists arose in the Project Management course when we were [...] preparing a fictional grant project under the guidance of Gabriela Pokorná," says Natálie Nosková on behalf of the student team. "Since the training project made sense and had practical applications, we ultimately decided to submit it to the IGA Student Grant Competition. "Since the practice project made sense and had practical applications, we ultimately decided to submit it to the IGA Student Grant Competition. And we succeeded!"
We are delighted that teaching project management has found such meaningful application thanks to the skill and initiative of our students. Congratulations to the whole team!
