Palacký University opens the 17th edition of the Student Grant Competition

The Rector of Palacký University Olomouc announces the 17th annual Student Grant Competition at UP, focused on supporting projects financed from specific university research funds. The competition supports the scientific activities of students in doctoral and master's degree programs.

The aim of the Student Grant Competition is to support research projects carried out by doctoral students or academic staff at UP. Teams may also consist of master's or doctoral students, academic, scientific, research, and development staff.

Applications must be submitted electronically only, via the UP OBD portal: https://obd.upol.cz

Applications must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on January 15, 2026.
