Interreg Czech Republic–Poland: New Call for Proposals to Support Educational Activities in the Field of Tourism

At the end of March, a new call for proposals was launched under the Interreg Czech Republic – Poland program aimed at supporting educational activities in the field of tourism. The call falls under Objective 2.1 – it focuses on supporting educational activities in the field of tourism in the Czech-Polish border region and supports, in particular, language and professional training for tourism workers or, for example, exchange internships. The deadline for submitting project proposals is September 16, 2026.

 

The call focuses on cooperation among entities in the tourism sector that will sustainably improve the utilization of tourism potential for the economic development of the border region.& nbsp;Support will be provided for activities that improve the quality of services provided and increase the tourist attractiveness of the Czech-Polish territory as a significant tourist region.

 

With some exceptions, the project must be implemented in the program area, which consists of the following NUTS regions.

Funding

● Up to 80% of eligible expenses from the ERDF

● Possibility of additional co-financing from the Czech Republic’s state budget

● Minimum grant amount: 60,000 EUR (non-investment projects)

 

Total allocation for the call – ERDF amounts to 724,555 EUR.

 

Deadlines

Submission of project proposal: by September 16, 2026

Submission of full application: by January 20, 2027
