Horizon Europe: New Calls Cluster 2 for the period 2026-2027

The European Commission has published draft work programs on its Comitology Register website. The work program for Cluster 2 – Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society can be downloaded from the Work Program 2026-2027 part 5. Culture, Creativity, and Inclusive Society - version 2 of July 7, 2025

This is a draft work program for the 2026–2027 period, but no major changes are expected. The European Commission will hold an information day on the new Cluster 2 calls on March 26, 2026. The program and a link to watch it will be published here. Following the information day, an online partner exchange will take place on the Horizon Europe Cluster 2 Community Platform website. Registration is now open.

The Technology Center Prague is organizing its national information day on January 20, 2026.


Cluster 2 focuses on social sciences and humanities, cultural heritage, and cultural and creative industries. Projects submitted to this cluster deal with research into democratic governance and citizen participation in democracy, explore ways of protecting cultural heritage and the role of cultural and creative industries, and analyze social and economic transformation.


Expected date of official publication of the work program: end of 2025
TA ČR National Information Day on new Cluster 2 calls: January 20, 2026
Deadline for project submission: September 23, 2026
