Announcement of the ERDERA Networking Call

The Ministry of Health and the Health Research Agency of the Czech Republic inform about the opening of a new call within the Networking Support Scheme (NSS) initiative, which is part of the European partnership ERDERA - European Rare Diseases Research Alliance.

The aim of the call is to support the organisation of international meetings and workshops focusing on research on rare diseases and rare forms of cancer. These meetings are intended to help share scientific knowledge and develop collaboration between researchers, clinicians, patient organisations and other healthcare professionals, especially from countries that are still underrepresented in rare disease research.

The call is open toinstitutions from academic and clinical settings as well as patient organisations. The maximum amount of financial support is €30 000 per networking meeting, meeting format face-to-face or hybrid. 

Applications will be received continuously from May 2025 until the allocated funds are exhausted. Evaluation of applications takes place every six months.

Participation requirements - at least 3 organisations from 3 different countries, including at least one from underrepresented countries.
