A Mutual Learning Event focused on disseminating and utilizing the results of research projects will take place at the Czech Technical University in Prague.

Tuesday 20 January 2026, 9:53

The one-day event organized by the widerAdvance Facility project focuses on the effective use of the results of research and innovation projects and on ways to strengthen their transfer into practice. The main objective of the meeting is to exchange experiences and deepen know-how in the area of dissemination and utilization of the results of projects financed from European sources.

The program will offer expert contributions, presentations of successful case studies, and space for interactive discussion. Participants will learn about practical mechanisms and tools that support the visibility of project outputs, facilitate follow-up funding, and contribute to the long-term impact of EU-funded projects.

The event will also include a discussion on the possibilities of combining financial resources, in particular the use of funds from the European Regional Development Fund and the Horizon Europe program. Attention will also be paid to supporting factors, barriers, and real-life experiences with the use of synergistic financing. Participants will be introduced to tools and recommendations aimed at increasing the impact of projects, including an outlook for the 2028–2034 programming period.

The event will take place in hybrid mode, with a capacity of 40 places.
