Naledi Mosito
Dumela (Hello). My name is Matshupane Naledi Mosito , but you can call me Naledi . Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, I am currently a PhD student in the Department of Environmental and Development Studies within the Faculty of Science.
When I first arrived in Olomouc, I remember telling a friend, "There is something transformational afoot-I don't know what yet, but something is coming." I call that a "knowing before knowing." Since then, I've connected with a diverse and brilliant community of scholars and friends who have proven that intuition right.
For me, being a Student Ambassador for the Welcome Office is part of that transformation. It is an opportunity to be of service and to foster an atmosphere of mutual growth. I see this role as a dance -a waltz of exchanging perspectives and learning from one another. If you'll allow me to lead, I invite you to reach out with any questions about the department.
