The first edition of the Executive Academy – a training program focused on developing management skills for young scientists – will kick off in November 2025. The goal of the program is to support young scientists in transitioning into the commercial sphere and to foster a new generation of scientific managers. The program is intended for postdocs and PhD students in biotech or life science-related fields.
Through 8 modules from November 2025 to February 2026, it will provide a comprehensive management skill set and connect participants with key figures from the deep tech business world. The Executive Academy fee is CZK 10,000, and the deadline for applications is October 10, 2025.
