GA ČR: Call for Proposals for Croatian-Czech Projects

The Grant Agency of the Czech Republic (GA ČR), in cooperation with the Croatian agency Hrvatska zaklada za znanost (HRZZ), has announced a call for project proposals based on the Lead Agency evaluation principle, with an expected start date in 2027.& In this call, the GA CR acts as a partner organization—projects are evaluated by HRZZ, and the GA CR adopts the evaluation results.  The call is announced as part of the Weave initiative.

 

The maximum project duration is 3 years; GA ČR allows for project durations of 24 or 36 months. The project duration must be the same for all project partners.

 

The application period begins on March 26, 2026. The Czech part of the project proposal may be submittedno later than May 4, 2026, i.e., within 7 days after the official deadline set by HRZZ for Croatian applicants on April 27, 2026.

 

Please note that in the GRIS project submission application, the project must be created under the call Lead Agency – Partner Organization – 2027.

 

The affidavit must be sent to the GA ČR data boxEligibility will be sent on behalf of UP.  All documents to be sent via the data box must be submitted to  ludmila.hrabakova@upol.cz no later than by the specified deadline at 12:00 p.m.
