Speed friending takes place as a series of short, several-minute conversations. Within the limited time, delegated representatives share more about their organizations’ activities with one another. The discussions may include presentations of events organized by the association, insights into the activities of specific members, sharing experiences from organizational work, and, of course, exchanging personal contacts for potential future collaboration. After the allotted time, participants rotate to different tables and new conversations begin.
