22. March 2024, 10:00–12:00

Continuing our Well-being workshop series for international students and staff

Join us for the second installment of our exploration into Chinese medicine with "Emotions and Mental Health from the Chinese Medicine Perspective II." This workshop will build on the foundational principles discussed in the first session, offering deeper insights into the emotional aspects of Chinese medicine.

In this session, led by Natálie Kubičinová, we delve into "Wushen" (The Five Spirits) and "Qi Qing" (The Seven Emotions), their significance in our lives, and their influence on our physical and mental health. Learn how these traditional Chinese concepts can offer practical solutions for today's emotional challenges.

Discover practical tips from the realms of acupuncture, Chinese herbology, and Qigong, and participate in easy Qigong exercises aimed at enhancing your well-being.
