- Healthy lifestyle advice and consultation with a personal fitness trainer (Činkárna Olomouc) – no registration required
Please use the direct link for each examination to make a reservation (and to change your appointment). We ask that you choose a maximum of 2 appointments to allow as many colleagues as possible to participate in the Health Day. Please take care that your times do not conflict with each other. If you book more than one event on the system, your third and subsequent bookings may be deleted. Please ensure you arrive early for your appointment. If you do not arrive on time, the appointment will be made available for any interested parties on site.
Collaborating subjects: Department of Optics at the Faculty of Science, Transfusion Department of the University Hospital Olomouc, Faculty of Physical Culture, Činkárna Olomouc and the Health Insurance Company of the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic.
