In conjunction with government measures, study rooms at UP dormitories will open in a limited regime. Specifically, this refers to 1 study room at the Bedřích Václavek dormitory (max. capacity 6 persons), 1 study room at the Evžen Rosický dormitory (max. 2 persons), and 3 study rooms in the Neředín complex (max. 1 person in each). Keys to the study rooms can be obtained from the reception desks at the dormitories upon presenting your valid student ID/ISIC card.
As of 7 December 2020, in conjunction with the shift to category 3 of the PES anti-epidemic system, dormitories will be open to students of non-graduating classes and other students who fall under the valid exceptions. Students who fall under these exceptions may pick up the keys to their rooms from their dormitory supervisors. Students of non-graduating classes can continue to make use of the 50% discount for accommodation up until the time they first pick up their keys. Otherwise the discount will be applied until the end of the state of emergency, or to 31 December 2020.
Other students can continue to take advantage of their 50% discount in accommodation with the condition that their keys have been deposited with their dormitory representative. The discount is valid until further notice, based on the government measures. Once the PES system announces a change to category 2, or the state of emergency is called off, UP dormitories will be open to all students.
