Academic Sport Centre organizes recreational and sporting activities at Palacký University. It prepares, offers and organizes one-shot and regular activities of leisure, recreational and sporting character and seasonal courses for students and employees of Palacký University.
Within its economic activities the Academic Sport Centre also offers and organizes recreational and sporting activities for general public.
Academic Sport Centre takes part in catering for sports representation of Palacký University at academic championships and similar events. It co-ordinates its activities with the Czech Association of University Sport, Czech Association of Sport for All and with similar insititutions in the Czech Republic and abroad. It cooperates with other institutions in Olomouc and its region, which contribute to the improvement of quality and range of physical education and sport at Palacký University.
