CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Ostrava)

Collaboration on a project with one of the biggest international companies engaged in telecommunications technology and Internet services.

Job description:

• responsibility for answering customer's enquiries
• close cooperation with Repair teams
• you will act as an interface between customers and technical teams

Requirements:

• excellent knowledge of English
• excellent communication skills
• self-motivation
• enthusiastic team member
• problem solving skills

Die Zusammenarbeit an dem Projekt mit einem der größten internationalen Unternehmen, das im Bereich der Telekommunikationstechnologie und der Internetdienstleistungen tätig ist.

Ihre Aufgabenfelder:

• Tägliche Kommunikation in der Fremdsprache
• Registrierung der Klientanforderungen
• Beantwortung von Fragen der Kunden
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der technischen Abteilung
• Arbeit im jungen Team

Wir verlangen:

• Englisch und Deutsch auf dem hohen Niveau
