Erasmus work placement offer

Employer: Fundación Instituto Castellano y Leonés de la Lengua (ILCYL), Burgos, Spain    

Required profile of the candidates:

• students of Spanish Philology
• interest in Spanish culture
• knowledge/experience in translating, teaching Spanish
• good command of Spanish, other language desired, not required
• pertinent Internet and MS-Office user
• organizational skills
• ability to work independently and also within a team
• responsibility
• creativity    

Work programme:

• SSL materials: to create and revise materials and exercises for classes of Spanish as a second language to be published at www.micastellano.com
• Cultural promotion: to give support to cultural symposia, congresses and activities organized by the foundation (organizing meetings, arranging appointments, making reservations etc.), as necessary according to the foundation activity programme for the given period
• Web site updating: to check and update the web site of the foundation
• Administrative support: to write letters, emails, fill in documents    

Anticipated temporal frame of the placement: September 2011 + 3 months or longer    

Contribution: Erasmus scholarship + remuneration provided by the employer in the form of contribution in kind in the value of 150 EUR /month
