Junior Litigation Lawyer (1-2yrs PQE) - Prague

Požadujeme/Qualifications, skills and experience:

• Legal education completed in the Czech Republic.
• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-2 years of litigation experience gained at another law firm (can be smaller Czech law firm)
• Excellent knowledge of law, in particular knowledge of civil court procedure.
• Experience with preparation of pleadings and briefs.
• Excellent drafting skills
• Interest in representing clients at court hearings.
• Optionally, interest in criminal law, including property, economic crime and white collar crime.
• Good command of English.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Spirit of team player.
• Good personal presentation, confident attitude, ambitious, strong personality.
